You have an idea of a conversation you want to have about a specific topic with a specific person. Your Lab Lead will walk you through the Conversation Blueprint, hashing out the details in advance to develop a script, flow, and confidence that emerges from thoughtful, practiced conversation.

You have an idea for a conversation and want multiple perspectives before you have it. In a moderated group incubator, fellow participants use a specific set of tools to help funnel your conversation from the general to the specific—clarifying what you want to say, how you want to say it, and what you may not have considered.

A conversation topic is paired with a specific communication skill. A facilitator introduces and teaches the skill, then guides the group through a conversation designed to put that skill into practice.
Participants get to enjoy an educational and experiential activity.

Skill: Validation
Topic: Whether to split the bill evenly or ask for separate checks during a large-group dinner
Participants learn the skill, explore the topic together, and practice applying the skill in real time
